Introduction:

Born and raised in Maryland, Dr. Simone Stalling, MD, PhD, FAAD, is proud to call Houston home and to support the community’s dermatology needs with best-in-class services and care. Prior to moving to Southeast Texas to be closer to family, the board-certified dermatologist was a scholar-athlete. An alumna of the prestigious Meyerhoff Scholars Program and an NEC Women’s All-Conference Division 1 athlete in lacrosse, Dr. Stalling graduated with top honors (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). After earning her Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) degree in chemical engineering, Dr. Stalling completed dual doctoral degrees in medicine and bioengineering at an Ivy League institution: the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) in Philadelphia. She then completed an Internal Medicine internship at Temple University Hospital before moving to Pittsburgh to complete a three-year dermatology residency.
